KLUTCHClub is looking for a CTO in Chicago

KLUTCHclub is looking for a hands-on Technology Director that will be responsible for envisioning and buildiing technical solutions for our high-growth subscription box / eCommerce business. This person will have demonstrated expertise in creating sustainable order management systems that make our online and offline customer experience sublime.They are able to diagnose strengths and weaknesses of our current eCommerce platform (especially on the database side) and quickly develop a game plan for migrating KLUTCHclub to more sophisticated/integrated solutions over time, based on the business growth and needs. The technology director is also responsible for vendor selection & implementation of future marketing and technology platforms.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of PHP and MySQL
• Knowledge of WordPress configuration & deployment
• Shipping API integration a plus
• Vendor Selection & Implementation
• Web Server Administration Skills
• Demonstrated experience leading technology strategy and building technology solutions for a subscription and/or eCommerce organization
• Knowledge of and willingness to utilize performance management tools to track and assess performance
• Enthusiasm to join a high-energy team and work collaboratively with all functions on a daily basis
• Chicago-based highly preferred
